2. Standard duration
 

Consultations are structured to respect your time and ours. The standard consultation is up to 15 minutes. Where your concerns require additional clinical assessment, your provider may extend the consultation at their discretion or schedule a follow-up consultation at no extra charge for the initial visit.

3. What happens during a consultation
 

During your consultation, your provider will:

• Discuss your concerns, goals, and relevant health history

• Examine the treatment area where appropriate. You may be asked to expose the area to be treated so we can make an accurate recommendation

• Explain suitable treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and alternatives

• Provide a recommended treatment plan, including number of sessions where applicable

• Answer your questions before you decide whether to proceed
   

A consultation is informational. You are never obligated to purchase treatment on the same day.

4. Treatment on the same day
 

Where time, staffing, and clinical suitability allow, treatment may be performed immediately after consultation. This is subject to availability and completion of required intake forms and consents. Certain services (including many injectable and package treatments) may require a separate booking.

5. Follow-up consults
 

Follow-up consultations for existing clients regarding a new treatment area or a change in clinical circumstances are complimentary unless part of a paid medical review. Post-treatment check-ins included in your package are not charged separately.

6. Booking a consultation
 

Book by phone, WhatsApp, online, or walk-in subject to availability. Where deposits apply under our Deposit & Payment Policy, the deposit rules for that booking channel apply.

7. Important notice
 

Consultations are provided by trained aestheticians, nurses, and physicians within their scope of practice. They do not replace diagnosis or treatment by your personal physician. Individual results vary. See our General Treatment Disclaimer for full terms.
