Cancellation Policy

At Body Studio Skincare, we value your time and ours. This policy applies to all appointments booked by phone, WhatsApp, walk-in, or online once a deposit or advance payment has been collected to secure your appointment.
1. Notice period
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Notice must be received during our business hours through one of the approved channels listed in Section 5.
For high-value services (including injectables, multi-session packages, and appointments over USD $150 or JMD $24,000), we may require 72 hours' notice. The required notice period for your specific service will be confirmed at booking.
2. Cancellations with sufficient notice
If you cancel or reschedule with the required notice:

Your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 90 days, subject to availability.

Where no deposit was collected, the appointment is cancelled without charge.

Refunds of deposits paid online will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method where applicable.
3. Late cancellations
Cancellations or reschedule requests received with less than the required notice are treated as late cancellations:

Any deposit paid to secure the appointment is non-refundable.

Body Studio may, at its discretion, offer a one-time reschedule within 14 days. A new deposit may be required.

For prepaid packages, one session may be deducted from your package balance.
4. Same-day and emergency exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. If you cannot attend due to documented illness, hospitalisation, or bereavement, contact us as soon as possible. Management may waive penalties at its sole discretion. This exception is not guaranteed and does not apply to repeated late cancellations.
5. How to cancel or reschedule

Social media direct messages alone do not constitute a confirmed cancellation. Please call, WhatsApp, or email so we can acknowledge your request in writing.
6. Appointment reminders
We send appointment reminders by email, SMS, or WhatsApp where possible. Reminders are a courtesy only. You remain responsible for attending or cancelling within the notice period, even if a reminder is delayed or not received.
7. Agreement
By booking an appointment and paying a deposit or advance payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation Policy and our No-Show Policy.
